Write it once
Start with one message, then use player fields to personalize it for every recruit on the list. Add a graphic or questionnaire when the message calls for it.
Pick exactly who gets it
Pull in a saved group or narrow the list by offer rank, position, grad year, or GameTracker. You can see every player before the campaign is created.
Know what has been sent
Open the campaign to see who is finished and who still needs a message. Each coach can work through the remaining names without stepping on someone else's work.
Send it from your phone
UCruit loads the right player and the personalized message, then opens your phone's normal text composer. Review it, send it, and move to the next recruit.
