Built because the old way was getting in the way
UCruit started with two students who were tired of seeing important recruiting work split across spreadsheets, group texts, shared drives, and tools that did not talk to each other. Finding one answer often meant checking three places and then asking which version was current.
They believed a football program should have one clean place for high school recruiting, the Transfer Portal, roster planning, visits, travel, and communication. So they built UCruit around the way staffs actually work, with enough flexibility for every program to make it its own.
