When you use the demo request or contact form on this site, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, work email, program or school, role, area of interest, and any message you send. We use this information solely to respond to you and to follow up about UCruit.

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to demo requests and questions;
• Communicate with you about UCruit;
• Improve our website and how we explain the product.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

UCruit does not sell or provide prospect data. UCruit is a workspace for organizing information that customers import or enter themselves from sources they are authorized to use. Recruiting data that a program puts into UCruit belongs to that program. We access it only as needed to provide, support, and maintain the service, or as the customer directs.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate our site and communications (for example, website hosting and email delivery). These providers process information only to perform services for us.

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to follow up with you and for our legitimate business records. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the contact information you’ve shared with us by emailing us. If you receive email from us and no longer want to, just let us know and we’ll stop.

We may update this policy as UCruit evolves. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above.
